Solicitor of Distinction

Although he has specialised in private client work for over 24 years, it was only on joining the specialist Private Client Team at local law firm Bowcock Cuerden that solicitor David Bevan decided to sit the examinations for the highly esteemed Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the internationally respected professional body of Solicitors who specialise in Wills, Probate, Taxation and Trust work.

In the final stage, the Accounting examination paper, David has just been awarded a Distinction, as a result of which he will now be admitted as a full member of STEP.

Members of STEP advise clients on the management of personal finance and full members of STEP are regarded as the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates.
