Latest Recruits to Commercial and Private Client teams
PRESS RELEASE 10.3.08
Latest recruits to South Cheshire Commercial Law firm Bowcock Cuerden are two Associate Solicitors.
Solicitor Mark Grimes has joined the firm’s Corporate and Commercial department. Mark qualified in 2001 after a traineeship with Manchester firm Pannones, relocating to Eversheds in 2004. As well as dealing with a range of company asset and share transactions, and commercial matters such as partnerships, distributorships, agencies, franchises, terms of business and a wide variety of commercial contracts, Mark also specialises in corporate restructuring and insolvency. He lives in Nantwich.
Joining the firm as the new Head of its specialist Private Client department, supporting the firm’s remaining departments dealing with commercial areas of work, is David Bevan. David qualified in 1984 and deals with wills, trusts, the administration of deceased estates, tax and estate planning and legal services for the elderly. Living in Wilmslow, he formerly practised in St Helens and, before that, in Manchester.
Managing Director Philip Cuerden said: “Providing specialist legal services to commercial clients, but from a non-city location, is what the firm is all about. In developing the firm it is vital to recruit the right people to help achieve that. We are to be delighted to welcome David and Mark to the team”.
